Includes lecture and hands on projects centered on improving the skills necessary to remove and replace the smallest and multi-leaded surface mount components. This course requires intermediate to advanced soldering skills.

The leadless device rework course is comprehensive and employs the skills necessary to perform rework of electronic printed circuit boards that include BTC, LGA, LCC and other leadless device package types. This primarily hands-on course is appropriate for intermediate to advanced skill levels.

The BEST Cable and Wire Harness Assembly course is a comprehensive course is based on the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard that will give individuals the practical hands-on experience necessary to build an entire wire harness assembly.

This lecture course introduces the basic concepts of electrostatic discharge (ESD): how it occurs, precautionary measures to prevent electrical overstress (EOS), how to control ESD, ESD protected areas and workstations, proper mitigation techniques, proper handling techniques, and use of personal grounding devices.
