The one-day engineering-level course focuses on teaching students how to program sequences and profiles using a BGA Rework System and its associated software. The course includes an explanation of convective heating principles, the use of thermal coupling devices, and system navigation. Additionally, students have the opportunity to develop a profile for a specific product from their company. The course combines hands-on practical application sessions with lectures and practical observation. It covers BGA profiling processes and is available for various BGA rework equipment, including SRT and AireVac.
