Training schedule

Provides beginning soldering students or those new to the electronics industry with knowledge and hands-on skills for both through-hole and surface mount technologies. This course is appropriate for any level of soldering experience.

This 1-day, operator level course is offered to beginning solder operators, engineers, and other personnel new to electronics assembly. You will acquire a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the steps involved in the preparation and inspection of wires attached to common terminals.

This is a two-day course offering a comprehensive overview of PCB manufacturing and training processes. This course will focus on both through-hole and surface mount technologies (SMT).

This two-day course includes lecture and hands on projects centered on learning the solder skills and techniques of SMT rework. This course is appropriate for individuals with basic soldering skills and familiarity.

The BEST Cable and Wire Harness Assembly course is a comprehensive course based on the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard that will give individuals the practical hands-on experience necessary to build an entire wire harness assembly.

This one-day engineering level course is structured to teach the student how to program sequences and profiles utilizing a BGA Rework System and it's software.

The BGA Rework Course is a comprehensive, 2-day, operator level course that encompasses the skills necessary to perform rework of electronic printed circuit boards to include PBGA and CBGA technologies.

This lecture course introduces the basic concepts of electrostatic discharge (ESD): how it occurs, precautionary measures to prevent electrical overstress (EOS), how to control ESD, ESD protected areas and workstations, proper mitigation techniques, proper handling techniques, and use of personal grounding devices.
